Turns out to be a loose wire. Technician was very professional and above all else, honest! He did a thorough job re-wiring to avoid this from happening again. A couple hours later, my thermostat keeps rebooting. Turns out my drain needed to be flush. I called AC Guru back and they sent out another technician to flush the system free of charge. I was incredibly impressed by how professional, ethical and reliable the company is. I made sure to keep a business card for future needs.
